People join clubs for all sorts of reasons. Let me tell you why I have stayed at the Sun Bae Taekwondo and Hapkido club.
Fun - In all the time I have been going, no 2 classes have been the same. I never could motivate myself to go to the gym consistently, but TKD is so engaging and social I look forward to classes.
Family - my wife, daughters and son are in the club too. Sharing each other’s experiences and training together has made us a closer knit family. We talk about it and practice outside classes. TKD is helping me spend more time with my family.
Fitness & Personal Growth - I am 50 and can confidently say that I am fitter and stronger now than I was when I was 25. I have seen real change in my kids too. They have grown in self discipline, resilience and confidence.
