Gradings are conducted regularly, usually towards the end of each calendar quarter:
March, June, September and November. Each date set in the calendar contains full details. the calendar also allows you to set auto email reminders, up to 2 weeks prior to any event. Grading to any gup Taekwondo or Hapkido level does not require any payment as it is already included in your periodical training fee. 

To be eligible to grade, your Club Instructor must first have "approved" you to grade where upon you would receive an email confirming the invitation. To finalise the grading process, you must then "confirm" (online) that you in fact intend to grade. During this process, you will be asked to confirm your rank and personal details. You cannot grade without such confirmation.
